Rick I Naples,  AE Seat SV650S I purchased this for my 2001 SV650 with the hopes that it would alleviate pain in the lower region. Instillation was simple and sits about 1" lower than the stock seat. The 1st long ride I did I noticed, even though it was harder than the stock, its design felt more comfortable and alleviated pressure. Hopefully it will break in and contour more to me so it won't be as hard.
